This is another one of my leaf motif paper beaded bookmark that was inspired by my card design. I love this colour combination very much. Each bookmark has one medium sized bead attached at the top part of the bookmark. These bookmarks are about 5 cm wide by 14.8cm in length. Leaf motifs.....

The leaves in motion........flowing, heading towards one direction.....way to the top! This paper beaded bookmark was inspired by one of my card design..... :) You can view the card here. These bookmarks are about 2 inches by 6 inches in length. Each bookmark has a medium sized round yellowish bead attached to it at the top part of the bookmark. These are some new designs I made incorporating pictures from a wrapping paper. They are so cute I couldn't help but use them for my paper beaded bookmark. I only made one of each design since I don't have available many of the same wrapping paper......so these are definitely a limited edition collection. Islamic pattern on blue paper bookmark....

This handmade paper bookmark is another one of my recent creations.....It has an Islamic pattern on it that has been hand drawn on the blue paper and later cut out to show the colour of the green paper at the back of it. It also has a thin glittering fabric underneath it. And I added the blue and green beads to match. I do think this design is suitable for the guys :)

I'm pretty exited with this new bookmark I made......I have done a couple of designs similar to this type of bookmark about a year ago....the same kind of technique, but different layout and colour, which I made exclusively for two of my special friends as gifts. I really loved the idea and wanted to share it with everyone who is interested in paper bookmarks. Since I love beads so much, I try to include them by tying them by the ends of the ribbons......and I chose beads that would match the colour of the paper used for making the bookmark. The pattern on the bookmark is hand drawn and cut out one by one.....then I placed a special fabric behind the cut out pattern to create the glittering effect on the bookmark.

This handmade paper bookmark is quite difficult to make, and a bit time consuming too because I need to cut out the pattern by hand.....therefore making each bookmark I made exclusive and unique as each one is never exactly the same. :)

Isn't this sweet!? This is for those who loves the pink colour :) I love flower beads and I tried to use this flower beads for this particular ribbon bookmark. It was kinda hard to tie it up at the ends though. But I love how it turned out.

This handmade ribbon bookmark is based on a 1/8" pink satin ribbon with soft pearl beads, soft pink clear beads and transparent flower beads. The centre of the bookmark measures up to 10 inches long. The measurement can be custom made according to your liking.

Dark blue.....

What can I say.....my favourite colour is blue! And I do adore this bookmark....just because of the colour hehehe! :) It somehow reminds me of the blue kebaya songket that my cousin and her hubby wore on their wedding day :D. It was beautiful! Dark blue with silver patterns on the songket design. So maybe that's how I got inspired to make this blue ribbon beaded bookmark....

This handmade ribbon beaded bookmark is based on a 1/8" blue satin ribbon with silver linings. On each end of the bookmark are arrangements of blue and clear crystal like beads. They are only plastic....but look like crystals hehehe.....cut and shaped like one. The centre of the bookmark is about 10 inches long, suitable for any paperback books.
